Terms of Service for Ai Phone Service.AI

By accessing or using Ai Phone Service.AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. User Integrity and Honesty

As a condition of your use, you agree to interact with the Service and its AI components with integrity.

  • Truthful Information: You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Ai Phone Service.AI—including your identity, contact details, and billing information—is true, accurate, and current.

  • No Impersonation: You shall not use the Service to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

 

2. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all Local, State, and Federal laws of your specific region and the region of the person you are contacting. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Recording Laws: Adhering to "One-Party" or "All-Party" consent laws regarding call recording.

  • Telemarketing Regulations: Compliance with the TCPA and "Do Not Call" registries.

  • Criminal Statutes: Ensuring the Service is not used for harassment, fraud, or threats.

 

3. Hold Harmless and Indemnification

This is a critical condition of your use of Ai Phone Service.AI.

The "Hold Harmless" Clause: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ai Phone Service.AI, its parent companies, subsidiaries, partners, officers, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your misuse of the Service.

If you engage in illegal activity, violate these terms, or breach any third-party rights using our AI tools, and are subsequently brought before a judge or legal tribunal, you agree that:

  • Ai Phone Service.AI bears zero liability for your actions.

  • You will not name Ai Phone Service.AI or its partners as co-defendants or responsible parties.

  • You are solely responsible for any judgments, fines, or legal penalties leveled against you.

 

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

  • Any purpose that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.

  • Distributing "spam" or unauthorized mass communications.

  • Attempting to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI to bypass safety protocols or ethical guidelines.

 

5. Termination of Service

Ai Phone Service.AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or used the Service for suspicious or illegal activity.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai Phone Service.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
